At times my life tends to be a little bit disorganized and chaotic, but I try my best to keep my sh*t in order. When I have a bit of free time, which is hardly ever, I try to organize myself to make the days ahead easier. A way that I accomplish this is by having prepped food, or the ingredients for easy to prepare food, on hand at all times if possible. Homemade granola is a staple in my pantry and diet, but bircher muesli is a pretty good substitute for when I simply do not have the time or energy to bake a batch of granola and can not be bothered to spend $12 on a box of store bought crap with a never ending list of ingredients, 95% of which I can not even pronounce. I may be busy, but I do have standards. I think the best start to being productive and organized is to treat our bodies properly and that starts with good food and good sleep.
