Ingredients

Morning Bircher Muesli Mix

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Morning Bircher Bowl

  • 1/2 cup morning bircher muesli mix
  • 1/4 Cup coconut yogurt, or yogurt of choice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

For the Morning Bircher Muesli Mix

  • Add all the bircher mix ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until completely combined. Transfer the mix to a jar or air-tight container and store at room temp for up to a month.

Making a Morning Bircher Bowl

  • Add a 1/2 cup of the bircher mix to a jar or bowl. Whisk in the yogurt, milk, and maple syrup. Cover, then place in the fridge to thicken overnight. In the morning you'll have a creamy, dreamy bircher concoction to enjoy before kicking off your day.
