Preheat the oven to 275ºF. Place all the nuts and seeds (except for the chia) on the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until light golden and fragrant. Allow to cool.
Once the nuts and seeds have cooled, add them to the bowl of a food processor. Run the processor on high until the oils are released and a smooth paste forms. You may have to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
Add the chia seeds and pulse quickly once or twice to get them all mixed in.
Transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a month, if you can make it last that long!
