Make the chia pudding in advance by whisking together all the ingredients in an airtight container or jar. Put the pudding in the fridge to gel for a few hours or overnight. Be sure to whisk it a few times within the first hour to ensure that it gels evenly.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
To Construct the Smoothie Jars
Add a heaping spoonful of chia pudding to two standard mason jars. Press some thinly slice fruit against the insides of the jars, then pour in a bit of the smoothie. Repeat until each jar is full.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a couple of days to take with your when you're in a rush.
