Immune Boosting Citrus Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 large honey crisp apple
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 2 inch piece fresh turmeric root, peeled
  • 2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 pinch fresh black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the orange, turmeric and ginger; core and slice the apple and bell pepper. 

  2. Run the prepped ingredients through a juicer, then add the pinch of black pepper and give it all a good stir.

  3. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
